Many public health managers do not have designated training in finances or business. Through this Institute, you can gain exposure to the financial practices of successful managers. From budgeting to financial communication with accounting teams, you’ll learn to make data-driven decisions that maximize impact for your organization. The Institute also offers coaching on essential grant skills to support sustainability. Learn to support securing the funding your organization needs to grow your initiatives.
The Annual Opportunity
Renewell offers this Institute once per year, virtually, as a signature program for our nonprofit. At The Public Health Management Institute™, we combine theory with real-world applications. The lead facilitator has 20 years of experience in federal, local, university, and nonprofit public health, and is a licensed coach with Project ECHO facilitation and training design experience. She understands the demands of public health and is passionate about your success. You’ll join a vibrant network of peers, creating a community of support that extends well beyond the program.
